About the role

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications using React and Next.js. You will work on international projects, collaborating with experts worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications with React and Next.js.
• Implement and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Foster cross‑team collaboration with QA, Product Management, and Operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior developers.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive iterative delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1‑C2).
