Full Stack Engineer – AI Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer who will own the design and delivery of full‑stack, enterprise‑grade AI solutions. The role demands rapid translation of requirements into production‑ready code while leveraging AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate output.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications and backend services using Python, Java and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and expose APIs, integrate with enterprise systems via event‑driven patterns.
• Create AI‑powered workflows, including agent‑based systems and intelligent integrations.
• Utilise AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to speed development cycles.
• Write clean, testable, production‑quality code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug, optimise, and improve system performance and reliability.

Required profile

• Ability to rapidly turn requirements into working code with minimal guidance.
• Strong bias toward action, ownership, and iterative delivery.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and solving problems independently.
• Passion for building projects and experimenting with AI technologies.
