Full Stack Engineer

About the role

As a member of the Innovation Development Team, you will design, build, and maintain a Customer Loyalty Application that drives data‑driven engagement across sales, inventory, and finance. The role sits at the intersection of full‑stack development and business analysis, turning business needs into scalable technical solutions and delivering actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement modern user interfaces with JavaScript and Vue.js for both customer‑facing and internal loyalty tools.
• Develop and maintain backend services and analytical applications using Python (FastAPI, Flask or similar).
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams.
• Design, optimize, and manage SQL‑based data models, procedures, and queries (Snowflake preferred).
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for integration between front‑end, back‑end, and data platforms.
• Create analytics, automated workflows, dashboards, and data‑consumption applications to support business insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using GitHub for source control, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of application architecture, performance, and usability.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and modern front‑end frameworks (Vue.js preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, data modeling, and database functions (Snowflake preferred).
• Professional working proficiency in English.
