Full-Stack Software Engineer (Hybrid, Mexico City)

About the role

QuadSci.ai is building AI‑driven automation for B2B product and service companies. We are looking for a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to develop scalable, high‑reliability applications that support go‑to‑market and product teams. The position is based in Mexico City and follows a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship end‑to‑end features under senior engineer guidance, emphasizing correctness, performance and maintainability.
• Build modern, accessible user interfaces using shared component libraries and design patterns.
• Develop and extend secure APIs in Python, integrating internal and third‑party systems via OAuth, webhooks, and event or batch workflows.
• Write efficient queries and contribute to data modeling for relational (Postgres/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Apply security, data‑protection and compliance best practices in daily development.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, debug production issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building production web applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Frontend development with JavaScript/TypeScript; Vue.js preferred.
• Backend development with Python (preferred) or Node.js, Java, C#.
• API development using FastAPI, Flask or Django REST Framework.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and query optimization.
• RESTful API design, OAuth and JWT authentication.
• Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
