Full-Stack Software Engineer (Mexico Deployment)

About the role

Join Harmony as a full-stack engineer deployed to manufacturing sites across Mexico. You will work on-site with operators and plant stakeholders to design, prototype, and ship production-grade software that automates real factory workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with customers to map workflows, define success criteria and iterate from prototype to production on-site.
• Develop end-to-end solutions using Python, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL and containerised services (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Create reusable tooling, SDKs, templates, adapters and CLI utilities to accelerate future deployments.
• Measure success through customer outcomes such as time-to-value, adoption rates and reliability.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Willingness to relocate and travel throughout Mexico for on-site assignments.
• Strong interest in working closely with people and building practical manufacturing software.
