Full-Time Bilingual Case Manager

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager to join our remote legal team. The role focuses on immigration removal defense and related litigation, ensuring strict adherence to court deadlines and high-quality legal documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and manage the firm’s EOIR docket, guaranteeing all Master Calendar and Individual Hearing deadlines are met.
• Oversee a dedicated caseload of USCIS filings, monitor case progress, and proactively address processing delays.
• Draft, review, and finalize complex motions, applications, pleadings, and pre‑hearing briefs.
• Collect, organize, and maintain accurate case files while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to move cases forward efficiently and audit filing pipelines.
• Compile, index, and paginate evidentiary packages, including supporting evidence, country condition reports, and respondent declarations.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience as an Immigration Case Manager or Senior Paralegal.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Resilient, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive under strict court deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced use of USCIS online portals and electronic filing protocols.
• Mastery of EOIR electronic filing portal (ECAS).
• Proficiency with digital legal case management systems.
• Ability to compile neat, compliant, and well‑indexed evidentiary packages.
