About the role
Allegion is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead preventive maintenance and repair activities for its mechanical and electrical equipment. The role focuses on ensuring high equipment availability, improving capability, and supporting the company’s safety and security mission.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase availability and yield.
- Conduct equipment failure analyses for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems to minimize downtime.
- Prepare technical reports documenting equipment modifications and maintenance procedures.
