About the role

Netafim is seeking a Production Manager to lead its plant operations, overseeing both extrusion and non‑extrusion processes. The role ensures safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity targets are met while fostering continuous improvement and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily MRP to track customer and production orders and guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Lead production operations, develop and implement the master production plan aligned with business and customer needs.
• Monitor and achieve KPIs for safety, quality, productivity, efficiency and delivery.
• Direct supervisors and production leaders, set priorities, expectations and action plans.
• Implement productivity‑boosting strategies, waste reduction and resource optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with Netafim’s global quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse operational results, drive corrective and preventive actions, and participate in continuous‑improvement projects.
• Develop training, coaching and leadership programs for production teams.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Materials, Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Manage operating budgets, monitor resource usage and enforce corporate policies and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Manufacturing or related field; Master’s degree in Production, Operations or Quality is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing production, assembly and industrial processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and ISO standards.
• Advanced English proficiency.
