About the role

The Senior Manufacturing Manager leads the entire manufacturing operation, ensuring production plans are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost efficiency. This role works closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and HR to align operational strategies with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing activities to achieve production, quality, and cost targets.
• Develop and execute productivity and efficiency strategies across all processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational alignment.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the manufacturing team to foster a high‑performance culture.
• Drive strategic initiatives focused on process optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
• Participate in budget planning and financial management for the manufacturing function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or operations environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency and eligibility to work in the United States (US Visa and passport).
