Global Finance Business Partner – Procurement

About the role

The Global Finance Business Partner will act as the financial advisor for Mars Global Services' Commercial – Indirect Europe CIS and Global GPO, SET, I&A teams. Reporting to the MGS Commercial Finance Lead, the role provides strategic financial insights, drives planning and reporting, and ensures compliance with governance standards across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial insights and guidance to the Regional Management Team.
• Partner with the Regional Commercial Head and senior management to deliver on financial commitments and drive change initiatives.
• Lead financial planning, reporting and forecasting for operating costs, aligning with the Annual Execution Plan and Productivity Plan.
• Apply analytical techniques to savings and operating costs, delivering actionable financial recommendations.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to prepare annual savings plans and value‑creation communications.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with governance to protect Mars’ assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial business partnership within a commercial environment.
• Strong background in financial planning, reporting and forecasting.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive regional change initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on cost optimization and value creation.
