Global Intercompany Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Global Intercompany Accountant to join Flix’s finance team. In this role you will manage intercompany invoicing, reconciliations and reporting across our worldwide operations, helping to ensure accurate financial data and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and post intercompany invoices, accruals and journal entries for cross‑company locations.
• Execute monthly global reconciliation of intercompany balances, payments and netting.
• Support calculation of intercompany recharges in line with transfer‑pricing and controlling requirements.
• Participate in cross‑departmental projects, including RPA initiatives and ERP enhancements.
• Identify and drive continuous process improvements.
• Produce intercompany reports and analytics for internal stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for intercompany accounting policies and communications.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on General Ledger and intercompany accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Self‑directed with the ability to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AR, AP and cash management.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
