Global Procurement Indirect Coordinator

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Global Procurement Indirect Coordinator to manage the efficient purchase of transportation and logistics services. The role blends daily operational execution with data analysis, supplier management, and strategic decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of transportation modes (FTL, LTL, last‑mile) to ensure capacity, cost efficiency and service quality.
• Negotiate and administer logistics providers, monitoring rates, compliance and performance.
• Execute transactional activities such as creating purchase orders, obtaining quotes and tracking operational execution.
• Monitor daily operations and develop KPIs related to cost, service level and supplier performance.
• Oversee legal contracts with providers, ensuring terms, validity and compliance.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel analyses to support decision‑making.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimize costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation or procurement, preferably with logistics providers.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume operational and transactional processes.
• Strong analytical mindset, organized and results‑oriented.
• Flexibility to work according to logistics operation needs.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI dashboard development.
• ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle or similar).
