Graphic Designer for Ecommerce Marketing Agency

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our fast‑paced eCommerce marketing agency. The role focuses on creating high‑impact visuals for paid advertising, email campaigns, and conversion‑driven landing pages. You will work closely with media buyers, account managers, and the creative team to deliver data‑backed designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑performing static and motion ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms.
• Develop engaging email templates that boost open rates and conversions.
• Create landing‑page visuals optimized for user experience and CRO.
• Produce social‑media assets (posts, stories, ads) that follow client brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team, media buyers, and account managers for cohesive campaign execution.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts in diverse industries.
• Assist in content planning, wireframing, and storyboarding to enhance creative strategy.
• Apply design best practices and iterate based on performance data.

Required profile

• 4+ years of graphic‑design experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign).
• Experience using design tools and stock asset libraries such as Canva, Freepik, and Figma.
• Background in direct‑response assets for paid media, email, and web.
• Understanding of performance‑marketing principles and ad‑creative testing.
• Strong eye for branding, typography, and user‑centered design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Figma or web‑design tools is a plus.
• Video‑editing or motion‑graphics experience is a strong bonus.
• Must have access to Adobe Creative Suite and required design tools.
