Graphic Designer

About the role

PostPilot is seeking a Graphic Designer to create and deliver high‑impact postcard campaigns for ecommerce and consumer brands. Working remotely, you will collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to turn briefs and assets into polished, print‑ready designs that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually compelling postcard layouts for a diverse range of brands and industries.
• Transform customer‑provided copy, images, offers and brand guidelines into print‑ready files, ensuring correct bleed, trim and safety zones.
• Participate in customer calls to clarify campaign goals, gather feedback and explain design decisions.
• Advise account teams on creative direction, messaging, offers, calls‑to‑action and overall campaign strategy.
• Review final artwork for print readiness, including hierarchy, legibility, QR codes, URLs and front‑back consistency.
• Leverage AI‑assisted design tools to accelerate workflow while maintaining high visual standards.

Required profile

• Strong visual design sensibility with a portfolio that demonstrates versatility across brands and formats.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, interpreting briefs and iterating quickly under clear deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail for print specifications and a practical mindset toward marketing objectives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in industry‑standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of print production requirements such as bleed, trim, color profiles and file formats.
• Familiarity with direct‑mail marketing principles and effective call‑to‑action design.
