Graphic Designer – Remote (North America)

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create and deliver high‑quality visual content that supports brand presence, marketing communications and student recruitment for International Schools Partnership schools across North America. Working remotely, the role reports to the Senior Head of Brand and collaborates with Admissions Directors, Heads of School and the Regional Marketing Team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative design solutions that align with both individual school and ISP brand guidelines.
• Conceptualise and produce graphics for commercial, promotional and recruitment purposes in digital and print formats.
• Design marketing collateral such as prospectuses, leaflets, banners, billboards, newsletters, digital ads, social‑media visuals and event materials.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring timely completion, proper file naming and storage in shared folders.
• Provide weekly updates on design tasks and progress to the Senior Head of Brand.
• Support the North America Center of Excellence by creating brand‑aligned assets under direction.
• Collaborate with the Senior Creative Content Producer to translate photography and video assets into static artwork and print collateral.

Required profile

• Experience working with brand guidelines and producing both digital and print graphics.
• Ability to collaborate with senior brand leaders, school administrators and marketing teams.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail in file management and version control.
