Group Sales Manager

About the role

As a Group Sales Manager at Hilton, you will lead the hotel’s group revenue strategy, ensuring memorable experiences for every guest while driving the performance of group rooms and banquet sales.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute the group sales strategy, aligning team initiatives with annual revenue targets for rooms and events.
• Develop and implement business plans that support Rooms, Catering, and Event revenue streams.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to set pricing and rate strategies that maximize market share.
• Use performance metrics, demand forecasts, and competitive insights to refine sales plans and deployment.
• Build and maintain relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales, CVBs, travel partners, and key clients to generate demand.
• Lead regular business reviews, performance meetings, and long‑range commercial planning.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate a high‑performing sales team through performance management and professional development.
