Guest Experience Host

About the role

The Guest Experience Host is a pivotal member of the Four Seasons team in Cabo del Sol, responsible for anticipating and fulfilling guest needs throughout their stay. This role focuses on creating memorable, personalized experiences for all guests, especially VIPs and special‑attention guests assigned by management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, responding to requests promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with relevant departments using approved communication channels to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
• Learn and remember individual guest preferences to anticipate needs without being intrusive.
• Manage VIP and special‑attention guest itineraries, ensuring seamless service across all hotel amenities.
• Utilize hotel reservation and property management systems to check guests in/out, assign rooms, and coordinate restaurant, activity, and spa bookings.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong team spirit.
• Flexible schedule: availability for weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts.
• Valid work authorization in Mexico.

Required skills

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a high‑volume environment.
• Attention to detail when handling guest requests and reservations.
