Guest Service Representative

About the role

The Guest Service Representative is the front‑line host for guests and owners at Hacienda Beach Club & Residences, a luxury beachfront resort in Cabo San Lucas. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures a warm, efficient and professional first impression, handling all guest interactions from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and owners, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone and email.
• Handle reservations, confirmations and special requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and concierge teams to deliver seamless service.
• Support problem resolution, process payments and maintain accurate records in property‑management systems.
• Maintain a high standard of front‑of‑house presentation reflecting the resort’s luxury brand.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and hospitality mindset with courteous, proactive support.
• Excellent communication in English; Spanish‑English bilingualism strongly preferred.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism education is a plus.
• Previous experience in hotels, resorts or luxury residential hospitality is beneficial.

Required skills

• Reservation and property‑management system proficiency.
• Standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Point‑of‑sale (POS) software familiarity.
