Guidewire Lead

About the role

Zurich Insurance is looking for an experienced Guidewire Lead to drive the end‑to‑end implementation of its InsuranceSuite solutions across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and BillingCenter. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership to ensure high‑quality delivery and alignment with best practices. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize and deploy Guidewire InsuranceSuite modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
• Provide architectural guidance and act as the primary escalation point for complex Guidewire issues.
• Lead integrations with rating engines, external policy/claims systems, document management and enterprise services.
• Mentor development teams, coordinate onshore/offshore activities and support release management.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
