Head of Finance

About the role

JoySpring is seeking a strategic and hands‑on finance leader to own the Finance function and build the financial foundation for its next growth phase. You will work across a fast‑growing, multi‑channel business that includes Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, retail, and wholesale.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the monthly close process to increase speed and accuracy.
• Strengthen inventory valuation and enhance overall financial visibility.
• Build scalable financial infrastructure that supports rapid growth.
• Increase channel profitability and overall financial performance.
• Support forecasting, operational planning, and strategic decision‑making.
• Partner cross‑functionally with teams across the organization.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑growing eCommerce, CPG, consumer brands, or omnichannel retail businesses.
• Exposure to inventory‑driven and accrual‑based accounting environments.
• Track record supporting companies with $30M–$100M in revenue.
• Familiarity with retail expansion and international operations.

• Proficiency with Bill.
• Proficiency with Drivepoint.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Proficiency with Luminous.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Google Sheets expertise.
