Head of People & Culture

About the role

We are looking for a senior HR leader to head People & Culture for our Mexico operations. The role will serve as the primary HR partner for regional leadership, ensuring people processes align with global standards and company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own all People operations in Mexico, including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Lead Talent Acquisition and supervise the recruiting team.
• Oversee hiring & onboarding, contract processes, document validation, and deliver a consistent, high‑quality onboarding experience.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including voluntary and involuntary terminations and reporting to leadership.
• Drive organizational development: performance evaluations, policy updates, training plans, and HR process improvements.
• Provide employee support as the senior HR point of contact across the country.
• Supervise HR operations, including inventory management, documentation control, and HR systems.
• Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring alignment with culture, performance, and professional growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, labor relations, and organizational development.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Comfortable working in multicultural and distributed teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, including talent acquisition, HR operations, and people management.
