About the role

As the Hotel Manager at One&Only Palmilla, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a world‑class luxury resort. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will ensure seamless service delivery, uphold brand standards, and create unforgettable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in setting strategic direction and overseeing overall resort performance.
• Coordinate and supervise all hotel divisions, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and ultra‑luxury service standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction by delivering personalized, anticipatory service and monitoring key performance metrics.
• Maintain compliance with One&Only brand guidelines, Forbes Travel Guide criteria, and all legal, safety, and corporate standards.
• Act as the General Manager in their absence, guaranteeing business continuity and brand integrity.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury resort or high‑end hotel operations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and the capacity to inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding brand excellence.
