HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic liaison between the business unit and the HR function, helping to shape and execute people strategies that drive performance and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to implement HR programs covering talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, benefits, training, records management, safety, succession planning, employee relations, compliance and labor relations.
• Develop HR solutions by collecting and analysing data, recommending actions and coaching managers and employees.
• Lead special HR projects, set timelines, conduct research, organise information and communicate status.
• Prepare reports and dashboards by analysing trends in employee and manager data.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and advise on potential breaches.
• Ensure compliance with current and upcoming legislation, advising management on required actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR programs, survey stakeholders and propose innovations.
• Resolve employee disputes through investigation, mediation and referral to appropriate resources.
• Provide management with planning and control information to support decision‑making.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Proven experience partnering with business leaders on HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
