HR Business Partner LATAM

About the role

Victor​inox AG is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its operations across Latin America. You will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with growth objectives, drive organizational development, and foster a high‑performance culture throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business goals into HR initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Lead organizational transformation and change‑management projects across multiple LATAM countries.
• Coach managers on performance, team effectiveness, and employee‑relations matters.
• Standardize and continuously improve HR processes, governance, workforce planning, salary planning, and performance management.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of programs and best practices.
• Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across diverse functions and cultures.

Required profile

• Degree or further education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in large, international organizations.
• Proven expertise in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Talent Management.
• Hands‑on experience driving HR process optimization and operating‑model implementation across several countries.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Resilient, diplomatic, and collaborative personality with a passion for building strong, multicultural organizations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
