HR Coordinator – LATAM (Hybrid, Mexico City)

About the role

Solutions 2 GO is seeking an HR Coordinator for the Latin America region, based in Mexico City (Santa Fe) with a hybrid work model. The role supports day‑to‑day HR operations across multiple countries, acting as the primary liaison between employees, managers and the HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits and programs.
• Assist payroll administration by preparing and validating data for new hires, terminations, absences, compensation changes, bonuses and other transactions.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience and complete required documentation.
• Support the execution and continuous improvement of regional HR processes, maintaining compliance with local labor regulations across LATAM.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation and employee records related to training, performance management and other personnel activities.
• Generate HR metrics, dashboards and analytical reports to aid decision‑making and monitor key HR activities.
• Assist with employee‑relations matters, facilitating issue resolution while preserving confidentiality.
• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and assess talent.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR administration and regional labor requirements in Latin America.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a trusted liaison for employees and managers.
• Detail‑oriented with experience maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Analytical mindset for generating reports and monitoring HR metrics.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and compliance.
