HR Direct Advisor – Americas Support

About the role

Tetra Pak’s Americas Human Resources Service Center is seeking an HR Direct Advisor to join its HR Direct team. The role supports employees and managers across multiple countries in the Americas, ensuring a smooth, customer‑focused HR experience aligned with global processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Direct contact for employees, handling tickets and phone inquiries while meeting service level agreements.
• Manage end‑to‑end HR requests, collaborating with other HR teams to achieve timely resolutions.
• Maintain and update the knowledge base, communication templates, and system data quality (e.g., ORBIS).
• Monitor operational KPIs, analyse trends, and propose improvement initiatives.
• Participate in automation, process optimisation, and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Promote a positive employee experience as an HR Direct ambassador.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in the final year of a related field.
• Experience with HR administrative processes is a plus.
• Fluent in English and/or Spanish.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and strong customer focus.
