HR Manager – Americas

About the role

We are seeking an HR Manager for the Americas to lead the people strategy of our new Energy Storage Joint Venture. Based in Mexico City, you will oversee HR initiatives across ten countries, supporting a workforce of 500 professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute regional HR programs, policies and processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Support compensation reviews and collaborate with global HR on talent initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, investigations and provide guidance on performance, attendance and conduct.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, collective agreements and internal audits.
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, wellness, inclusion and translate survey results into action plans.
• Coordinate performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and development activities.
• Assist with job architecture, total rewards and other talent programs.
• Drive regional recruitment, workforce planning and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum 7 years of HR management experience, with proven leadership in both Mexico and the United States.
• Experience supporting operations in Canada and/or Chile is a plus.
• Background in energy or renewable‑energy companies is an asset.
