About the role

The HR Specialist – Personnel Administration will act as a key contact for Bosch Mexico associates and HR Business Partners, providing information, support, and guidance on personnel administration and organizational management.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR‑related inquiries within the designated functional area.
• Provide general information, support, and guidelines on personnel administration processes.
• Assist with organizational management tasks and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Utilize HR software to manage employee records and administrative workflows.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Mexican labor and social security regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in general HR processes, focusing on personnel administration.
• Experience using HR software tools.
• Thorough knowledge of Mexican labor and social security laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
