HR Specialist – Personnel Administration

About the role

The Personnel Administration (PA) Specialist works within the Human Resources function at Bosch Mexico, acting as the primary contact for associates and HR Business Partners. The role provides information, support and guidelines on personnel administration and organizational management, ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries from associates and HRBP.
• Provide guidance on personnel administration processes and organizational management.
• Maintain accurate employee records using HR software.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor and social security regulations.
• Collaborate with HR teams to support HR initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in general HR processes, focused on personnel administration.
• Experience using HR software tools.
• Thorough knowledge of labor and social security laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong result orientation, customer focus, cooperation, creativity and flexibility.
