HR Specialist – Training & Learning

About the role

The HR Specialist – Training & Learning will coordinate and drive the training and learning agenda for Bosch in Mexico City. You will work closely with the Backoffice Team Leader to align local initiatives with global policies while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training and learning processes, plans and programs based on identified needs and competency gaps.
• Define and implement the training strategy together with the Backoffice Team Leader.
• Align learning strategies with global and local policies, creating local procedures as needed.
• Analyze training needs using internal systems and individual career development plans.
• Select and manage internal and external suppliers to meet quality, cost and timing expectations.
• Administer training KPIs to spot improvement opportunities.
• Implement and monitor training and development plans using IT tools.
• Develop tools to assess training effectiveness and ensure the quality of learning plans.
• Ensure compliance with local labor and legal regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience, preferably in organizational development, training and development.
