The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. The role will ensure HR initiatives align with business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full scope of HR responsibilities across the organization.
• Partner with leadership on strategic HR initiatives.
• Plan, implement and evaluate HR policies, programs and practices.
• Drive talent acquisition strategies and improve recruitment processes.
• Design and deliver training for managers and employees.
• Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to enhance talent acquisition and recruitment outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and staff.
• Strong organizational, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and sound judgement.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
