Human Resources Manager

About the role

Joyson Safety Systems is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to design, implement, and lead HR strategies that support talent management, labor compliance, and organizational development. The role acts as a bridge between management and employees, fostering continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Key responsibilities

• Address employee questions, concerns, and suggestions to maintain a positive work environment.
• Implement and monitor disciplinary actions, terminations, suspensions, and related reporting.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and overall talent administration processes.
• Plan, assign, and evaluate work activities, including performance reviews.
• Administer compensation, recognition, and corrective actions.
• Handle employee complaints and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Supervise, lead, and evaluate the HR team and direct reports.
• Manage administrative processes with government entities such as SEDENA, when applicable.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Quality Circles, Six Sigma).
• Ensure completion of mandatory and compliance training for all employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR experience with strong personnel administration and management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws (LFT) and IMSS processes.
• Experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll structures.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and interaction with federal agencies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems such as SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
