Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will manage day‑to‑day HR operations for Mexico and South America, focusing on the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through staff movement to off‑boarding. Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager, you will ensure regional processes align with global initiatives while delivering a high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR operations for Mexico and South America, executing regional processes and global initiatives.
• Provide end‑to‑end HR administrative support, including compensation & benefits, onboarding/off‑boarding, staff movement, and employee engagement.
• Assist with payroll processing, tax filing, retirement‑fund administration, and leave management.
• Enter and maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Generate and analyse HR reports on key metrics to inform business decisions.
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR forms, procedures, and policies.
• Process and track the Employee Bonus Referral Program.
• Undertake additional tasks and projects as priorities evolve.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong ability to switch tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Energized self‑starter capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
