Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead B2B client onboarding from kickoff through Go‑Live. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients transform procurement and financial processes by configuring our platform, managing complex projects, and driving user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Conduct discovery sessions to translate business requirements into optimized product workflows.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, and catalogs.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders, mitigate risks, and resolve technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive workshops and onboarding sprints for key client users.
• Create structured enablement resources such as playbooks, configuration guides, and short video workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and QA teams to escalate blockers and feed client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organization and change‑management skills.
• Ability to handle user resistance, simplify complex system logic, and guide corporate clients through process transformation.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented attitude with strong presentation and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data validation and analysis.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS products, ERP or CRM systems.
• Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
