In-Country Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated In‑Country Operations Manager to join our Gulf of Mexico office on a staff basis. The role supports offshore construction and commissioning projects while establishing and managing in‑country operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain in‑country operations.
• Support project execution for offshore construction and commissioning.
• Proactively manage health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) matters.
• Serve as the primary interface for crewing and logistics for in‑country operations.
• Manage mobilisations and demobilisations of sites and vessels.
• Support offshore operations and project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Experience in subsea construction such as pipelay, flex‑lay, diving or survey work.
• Background in setting up and operating remote marine bases to support offshore activities.
• Understanding of international logistics and contract management.
• Experience with mobilising and demobilising installation or construction vessels.
• Proven project and operations management capabilities.
