About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Training Specialist to join our manufacturing team and help build a skilled, safety‑focused workforce. You will design and deliver training programs, manage the Learning Corner, and support continuous improvement across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training covering industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety standards.
• Manage the Learning Corner, coordinate training resources, and lead short‑interval management activities.
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve materials to maximize learning and performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training priorities and resolve challenges.

Required profile

• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners of all experience levels.
• Team‑oriented mindset for effective collaboration with HR, operations, and technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate training outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
