Infant Montessori Teacher

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Infant Montessori Teacher to join its team of caring educators. You will work in a home‑based classroom environment, supporting the development of infants and toddlers through a research‑based Montessori curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Assist lead Montessori teachers in delivering daily classroom activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly classroom that aligns with Montessori principles.
• Provide basic care, supervision, and nurturing interaction for infants and toddlers.
• Engage children in age‑appropriate Montessori materials and learning experiences.
• Collaborate with a team of teachers to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education.
• Strong interest in Montessori philosophy and willingness to pursue certification.
• Ability to work under the direction of trained Montessori teachers.
• Commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

Required skills

• Basic infant and toddler care skills.
• Understanding of Montessori classroom setup and materials.
