Influencer Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Newhouse, a leading independent marketing and communications agency, is seeking a freelance Influencer Marketing Coordinator. You will work closely with the strategy team and a portfolio of high‑profile clients across entertainment, automotive, finance, and DTC sectors to develop and execute influencer campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the strategy team to ideate and develop engaging influencer campaigns.
• Create target lists of creators aligned with campaign KPIs.
• Draft detailed creator briefs that outline program objectives and creative direction.
• Assist in negotiating and finalising contracts with influencers.
• Onboard creators and manage their integration into the broader marketing program.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and their representatives, ensuring daily communication.
• Monitor creator content to ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Stay current on social media and creator trends.
• Support budgeting and financial tracking to maintain campaign profitability.
• Cover in‑person creator events as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a brand or agency role focused on influencer or social media marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data analysis tools.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating campaign goals to creators and internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Slides for presenting campaign concepts.
