Internal Auditor – Global Audits

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Internal Auditor to execute local and international audits across our operations. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, assessing risk, and delivering high‑quality audit reports while traveling extensively throughout Latin America and other regions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and complete assigned audits to meet operational timelines.
• Perform audit procedures with minimal supervision and document findings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve questions and validate audit results.
• Prepare and present written and oral reports to audited areas.
• Identify operational or financial issues not covered by existing policies and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with Lead Field Auditor and Audit Manager on store operation risk assessments.
• Conduct annual physical inventory observations and participate in special review projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 4 years of audit experience, ideally with a Big 4 firm or a public‑company audit function.
• Intermediate‑advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, both domestically and internationally.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and audit methodology.
• Familiarity with manufacturing/retail industry processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
