Inventory & Operations Manager

About the role

The Inventory & Operations Manager will own end‑to‑end inventory visibility, purchase order coordination, and supply‑chain execution across multiple sales channels and fulfillment centers. You will work closely with internal teams, fulfillment partners, and channel partners to keep inventory moving on schedule and avoid stockouts, overstock, and shipment delays.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly PO planning, submissions, tracking, and vendor confirmation.
• Monitor inventory levels across fulfillment centers and all active SKUs.
• Run daily checks on key SKUs and immediately escalate stockout risks.
• Forecast demand for DTC, B2B, and Walmart channels.
• Handle Walmart inventory needs through RJW and SPS Commerce workflows.
• Upload reports into forecasting tools and review inventory recommendations.
• Lead weekly meetings to review POs, production, and shipments.
• Track inbound shipments and confirm receipt at the correct facility.
• Coordinate inventory allocation between fulfillment centers and channel requirements.
• Maintain accurate PO, inventory, shipment, and forecast trackers.
• Document updates, risks, action items, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in inventory, supply chain, logistics, or e‑commerce operations.
• Hands‑on Walmart operations experience, including forecasting and inventory planning.
• Experience using SPS Commerce for EDI, order management, or shipment workflows.
• Intermediate to advanced Google Sheets skills for inventory tracking and analysis.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work full‑time in the EST time zone.
