Invoicing Team Member – Logistics & Transportation

About the role

Join LOGISTICA BISON MEXICO as an Invoicing Team Member and support the daily billing operations for our logistics and transportation services. You will work in a collaborative environment in Querétaro, handling shipment data, invoices, and customer communications.

Key responsibilities

• Verify order information from bills of lading, load tenders and ensure accurate documentation of bill‑to codes, reference numbers, piece count, weight, currency and charges.
• Prepare and send invoices, manage rebills, correct invoice errors and generate lumper charges.
• Maintain routine spreadsheet billing (weekly/monthly) and perform end‑of‑day, weekly or monthly audits.
• Post invoices to the Great Plains accounting system and update shipment status to “Ready to Print”.
• Interact with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Account Management) and external customers via portals and email to resolve billing issues.
• Participate in additional projects and tasks assigned by the invoicing supervisor.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong written and oral communication.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organizational abilities, able to manage high volumes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eager to learn, adaptable to varying customer processes, reliable and accountable.
