IT Helpdesk Support (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Specialist to deliver high-quality IT assistance to team members and customers. The role is fully remote, supporting users across the United States on a Monday-to-Friday schedule (8:30 AM-5:30 PM EST). You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user access, and help improve our training resources.

Key responsibilities

• Run reports to identify common complaints and trends.
• Respond to queries via chat, email and approved channels.
• Install, update or reconfigure software to resolve issues.
• Remotely access user devices to diagnose and fix problems.
• Provide technical assistance and follow-up to ensure full resolution.
• Create, edit and maintain training manuals for new and updated tools.
• Assist with network and system troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Experience with Okta AD, Microsoft Entra, Workday, GoTo Connect, Zendesk, Salesforce and ActiveCampaign.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free remote environment.
• Excellent written communication for documentation and customer interaction.
• Reliable computer setup with stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up).
