IT Operations Support Admin

About the role

The IT Operations Support Admin ensures Aplazo’s technology environment runs securely, efficiently, and reliably. You will own day‑to‑day IT operations, from endpoint management to user support, while driving process improvements and delivering a top‑notch employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, OS, networking, and productivity tools.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, access rights, and asset recovery.
• Troubleshoot laptops, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, printers, conference‑room tech, and business applications.
• Administer macOS and Windows environments, Google Workspace, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Maintain MDM solutions (Jamf, Kandji, Intune) and endpoint security tools (EDR, antimalware).
• Administer corporate network components (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, switching, routing).
• Document assets, network diagrams, security configurations, and SOPs; support ISO 27001 and PCI DSS audits.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in IT support, operations, systems administration, or endpoint management.
• Background in fintech, high‑growth startups, or fast‑moving technology companies.
• Proven ability to support hybrid and remote work environments.

Required skills

• Windows and macOS administration.
• Advanced Google Workspace management.
• MDM platforms: Jamf, Kandji, Intune (or similar).
• Endpoint security: EDR and antimalware solutions.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, switching, routing.
• Experience with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS compliance processes.
• Familiarity with SaaS tools such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).
