IT Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The IT Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that software products meet the highest standards of quality, stability, and performance. Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable releases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies based on project requirements and system specifications.
• Execute manual, functional, and regression tests to evaluate software performance and stability.
• Identify, document, and report bugs using bug‑tracking tools with clear and accurate descriptions.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed logs of test progress, results, and findings for future reference.
• Analyze system specifications and product code to verify alignment with requirements and detect potential errors.
• Ensure the final product complies with established quality standards, organizational policies, and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint cycles.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder interaction.

Required skills

• Test planning and test script creation.
• UAT, E2E, regression, functional, system, integration, component, and negative testing.
• Testing platforms/technologies: web, client‑server, EDI, mobile.
