About the role

Join EagleBurgmann Mexico as an IT Specialist Workplace Services, supporting the local IT infrastructure for a leading industrial sealing technology company. You will ensure stable access to applications and provide hands‑on desktop support for employees across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, install, maintain, and support local network, server, storage, and communications infrastructure.
• Provide on‑site desktop support, including device deployment, diagnostics, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software incidents using standard diagnostic procedures.
• Collaborate with hardware and software vendors for acquisition, implementation, and maintenance.
• Document solutions and keep technical records up to date.
• Support Microsoft technologies such as Windows 11, Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Assist with ERP system support and future implementations.
• Participate in IT and business‑related projects and identify infrastructure optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer systems or a related field.
• Experience with client, server, and network administration and ticketing systems.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
