IT Support Analyst

About the role

CEVA Logistics Mexico is looking for a proactive, customer‑oriented IT Support Analyst to join its Information Technology team. The role supports both office and warehouse environments across Mexico, ensuring the stability and performance of IT infrastructure and end‑user technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support to users in office and warehouse locations.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, network equipment and other IT peripherals.
• Monitor, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and infrastructure issues to minimise business disruption.
• Support local and regional IT projects such as new site implementations, office relocations and warehouse deployments.
• Participate in cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint protection, patch management and compliance enforcement.
• Perform system upgrades, software deployments and preventive maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to apply infrastructure standards and best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, asset inventory, technical procedures and system configurations, and manage tickets through the IT Service Management platform.

• Excellent communication skills in English (and Spanish, if applicable).
