IT Support Analyst – Onsite (Mexico City)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, solutions‑oriented IT Support Analyst to join our Mexico City team. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, handling hardware, software and access issues while keeping our revenue teams productive and connected.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for hardware, software and connectivity problems.
• Manage device onboarding and offboarding using MDM tools (e.g., Kandji) and Apple Business Manager.
• Administer Okta for user lifecycle management and group configuration.
• Troubleshoot core SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion and Jira.
• Maintain IT documentation, hardware inventory and ticket workflows.
• Tri­age incoming IT tickets, escalating network issues when needed.
• Coordinate IT onboarding for new hires, including laptops and access setup.
• Support internal events, team activities and onsite visits.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing employee onboarding/offboarding and onsite IT operations.
• Proven track record of ticket resolution and appropriate escalation.
• Detail‑oriented with experience maintaining documentation and tracking inventory.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
