IT Support Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join BairesDev’s internal Help Desk team. The role is fully remote and focuses on providing technical assistance to employees across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user requests via email, phone, and Jira, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Perform computer troubleshooting for Windows 10, macOS, and Android devices.
• Manage hardware procurement and general office equipment maintenance.
• Administer building security cards and support basic networking tasks.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an internal Help Desk or similar support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Capable of handling multiple tickets and projects simultaneously.
