IT Support Engineer – LATelec Network Support

About the role

The IT Support Engineer will work closely with the IT Manager to ensure all employees can perform their duties without technical interruptions. This role focuses on supporting the LATelec network and related hardware across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for employees on network, LATelec system, and all hardware issues (PCs, displays, power supplies).
• Configure and deploy new PCs on the LATelec network using the LATelec master image.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of all LATelec hardware assets.
• Coordinate with hardware and software suppliers to resolve issues and procure equipment.
• Create, process, and track access requests for systems and network resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT technical support.
• Meticulous, motivated, organized and able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain technical problems clearly.
