IT Support Engineer – Onsite Desk Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide onsite deskside support for end‑user devices, resolve complex technical issues and contribute to minor projects within a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals, including diagnostics, repairs and replacements.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot operating systems, applications and drivers; image and deploy new systems following enterprise standards.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for escalated issues involving applications, hardware, security, databases, mobile devices and servers.
• Manage enterprise‑level security (encryption, antivirus, firewall, DLP) and endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and NexThink.
• Administer Active Directory, VDI environments and network connectivity for wired and wireless devices.
• Support conference‑room AV equipment and other specialized technology.
• Lead minor projects, create documentation, knowledge‑base articles and maintain accurate asset inventory.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to minimize business disruption.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
